A Literature Study on Immunity(Vyadhikshamatva) in Ayurveda.

According to Ayurveda Vyadhi-kshamatva (Immunity) comprises of two factors-

·         Resistance to formation of diseases and Resistance to causative factors of diseases.

·         Capacity to prevent the spread of diseases in the body and capacity of body of blocking the diseases in its primary stage is called as Immunity (Vyadhi-kshamatva) [1]
