Brain–heart dynamics during emotional processing under uncertain conditions

Time series of heart rate (HR), heart rate variability (HRV)

The csv files labeled HR_PP, HR_PU, HR_UP, and HR_UU detail changes in HR during the period of -1 to 12 s for each participant in the PP, PU, UP, and UU conditions, respectively. Correspondingly, the csv files named HRV_PP, HRV_PU, HRV_UP, and HRV_UU detail the changes in HRV during the period of -1 to 20 s for each participant in the PP, PU, UP, and UU conditions, respectively.

Time series of heartbeat-evoked potentials (HEPs) 

Within the HEP folder, each csv file details the HEP of an individual participant in a specific condition during the cue or pic phase. Additionally, the HEP_sur folder includes the surrogate HEP data. The spatial neighbors of EEG electrodes are stored in the csv file named adj_matrix.

Participants’ information

The gender, age, and BDI scores of participants are in the csv file named subject_info.
