Description
Wilsons disease or Progressive Hepatolenticular Degeneration is a genetic disorder of copper metabolism primarily affecting liver and brain, therefore anaesthetic management of this disease could be challenging due to altered drug metabolism and physiological response. Here we are presenting the successful anaesthetic management of a case of Wilson’s disease undergoing upper limb orthopedic surgery.
