HeLa ribosome profiling data

This repository hosts a comprehensive dataset comprising 132 HeLa cell ribosome profiling samples from 20 distinct studies, serving as a resource for assessing the consistency and reliability of ribosome profiling measurements.

The ribosome profiling data have been rigorously processed using RiboFlow, with no duplicate reads—those sharing identical positions and lengths.
