ERMES Chatbot User Tests

This file contains the results derived from user testing conducted during four demonstration sessions held in Italy, France, Greece, and Spain. The evaluations involved a diverse group of citizens who actively participated in testing the functionalities and user experience of the ERMES Chatbot, a Telegram Chatbot designed and developed to improve emergency management and disaster risk reduction. These tests aimed to assess the findability, usability, and usefulness of the offered functionalities, and the overall robustness of the tool.
