Diversidad y educación inclusiva. Nexos del Proyecto Tuning y el sistema educacional cubano

El proyecto Tuning-América Latina promueve nuevas formas de organizar la formación por competencias, debe asumir la diversidad funcional y las características del espacio donde se aplique. Así, el objetivo es identificar las coincidencias del proyecto con el sistema educativo cubano, tomando como referencia la carrera Asistencia Turística. Se utilizan métodos teóricos: hipotético-deductivo, analítico-sintético e histórico-lógico. Del nivel empírico: revisión de documentos, tomando artículos de revistas, actas de congresos y tesis que traten experiencias de la aplicación del proyecto en la región luego del 2004. Se aprecia como resultado: en las competencias definidas en el proyecto no se encontraron referencias a la diversidad funcional, se demuestra que no necesitan unas propias, pues su condición no limita el desarrollo de estas. Existen nexos entre las competencias identificadas por el proyecto y las fomentadas en Cuba, es posible desarrollarlas dentro del modelo de Educación Superior. Se aportan retos para los profesores como mediadores del proceso.
Abstract (English)
The objective is to identify the coincidences of the Tuning-Latin America project with the Cuban educational system, using the Tourist Assistance short cycle career as a reference. For this, theoretical methods are used: hypothetical-deductive, analytical-synthetic and historical-logical. From the empirical level: review of documents, focused on journal articles, conference proceedings and theses that deal with experiences of the application of the project in the region after its start in 2004. As a result, most of the studies focus on in the development of specific competences and not in the contributions to the general conception of education. There are links between the generic skills identified by the project and those promoted in the Tourist Assistance career. Being possible its development within the curricular model of Cuban Higher Education. Challenges for the performance of teachers are identified, as a link in the diversity-skills-inclusive university relationship.
