Data and code pertaining to the pangenome of E coli (2024)
Description
This contains all Jupyter notebooks used to download, filter, enrich, curate, and analyze the pangenome of E coli (2024). It also contains important tables of interest (metadata of strains used in this study, as well as the L matrix (NMF), the A matrix (NMF) and gene annotation table (from eggNOG-mapper-v5) ).
