2D class averages of Vitiosangium bacterial gasdermin pores extracted from liposomes with HECAMEG detergent

Description

The PNG image files represent 2D class averages from image processing of a single-particle cryo-EM dataset. The dataset represent HECAMEG detergent-extracted Vitiosangium bacterial gasdermin pores and shows that they form assemblies with different numbers of protomers, from as many as 54 protomers to as few as 48 protomers or less. The majority of pores appear to have 52 protomers. Protomers can be manually counted by protrusions from the ring around circular pores.
