MSCSF_state_and_geometry_files

This contains the tissue and cellular geometry files to be used in the "Multi-scale cardiac simulation framework", as well as folders to store state files.

Includes:
    Human atrial models from Auckland + fibrosis
    Canine atrial model from KCL + fibrosis
    Human atrial visible human dataset
    Models of whole rat ventricles
    And more
