Description

This dataset includes R code and the accompanying Microsoft Excel raw data files used for data analysis and Bayesian modeling of the zonal abundance, plasma membrane localization, and membrane-localized zonal abundance phenotypes reported in "Alterations in Zonal Distribution and Plasma Membrane Localization of Hepatocyte Bile Acid Transporters in NAFLD Patients" (published in Hepatology Communications, 2024). Raw data and R code files used to evaluate the hepatic acinus size phenotype as reported in the Supplement Digital Content of this publication are also included with this upload.
