Pika Artifact

Unzip the .gz file, but DO NOT extract the .tar. Instead, run `docker load -i Pika.tar`.

Then run `docker run -it [image ID from output of last command]`

There is further information in the ECOOP_AE_Submission_Document.md file inside the container.
