D8.2 - Initial dissemination, communication and exploitation plan

This document provides information on how the project has targeted the main stakeholders through various channels, such as the SmartCHANGE.eu website, social media, events, and webinars, etc. The document also reports on quantitative and qualitative measures demonstrating the impact of the project, and presents preliminary exploitation planning measures.
