Description
ColoPola dataset is Colorectal cancer Polarimetric images dataset
The dataset consists of 572 slices (specimens) with 20,592 images, 284 slices of which were designated as cancer samples and 288 as normal samples.
Each sample has 36 polarimetric images (i.e., HH, HV, HP, HM, HR, HL, VH, VV, VP, VM, VR, VL, PH, PV, PP, PM, PR, PL, MH, MV, MP, MM, MR, ML, RH, RV, RP, RM, RR, RL, LH, LV, LP, LM, LR, and LL).
Each folder in the ColoPola dataset consists of 36 polarimetric images. Each image is 1280x1024 pixels in size and was created in the TIF file format (HH.tif, HV.tif, ..., LL.tif).
