Type locality: Celebes [Sulawesi], Takalar

= Omiodes hirasia Meyrick, 1894b: 457

Type locality: Indonesia, Pulo laut

Distribution. Indian records: Calcutta (West Bengal), Sikkim, Naga Hills (Nagaland) (Gupta 1994), Andaman Islands (Rao & Sivaperuman 2020), Kerala, Maharashtra (Das et al. 2020a), Assam, Nagaland (Joshi et al. 2021). Global records: Celebes, Duke of York Island (Hampson 1896b), Sumatra, Celebes, China, Bismark Arch., York Ins (Caradja 1925), also Amboina, Borneo, Celebes, Duke of York Island, Java, Pula Laut, South China, Sumatra (Bhattacharya 1997).
