Distribution. Indian records: Sikkim, Khasis (Hampson 1896b), Coimbatore, Madras, Nilgiri, Coorg (Tamil Nadu), Pusa (Bihar), Cherrapunji (Meghalaya) (Gupta 1994), North Cachar Hills, Jatinga (Kirti & Sodhi 2001), Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerela (Chandra et al. 2019), Andaman Islands (Rao & Sivaperuman 2020), West Bengal, Maharashtra, Gujarat (Sondhi et al. 2021). Global records: Celebes [Sulawesi] (Snellen 1883), China, Ceylon, Burma, Java, Duke of York Island (Hampson 1896b), Hawaii (Zimmerman 1958), Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand (Chandra et al. 2019).
