Type locality: Turkmenistan
Distribution. Indian records: Punjab [may represent the present Punjab of Pakistan] (Hampson 1896b). Global records: Syria (Ragonot 1895), Europe, Sind (Hampson 1896b), China (Guandong) (Caradja & Meyrick 1933), Bulgaria (Ganev 1984a, 1987), Turkey (Ganev & Hacker 1985), Greece, USSR (Ganev 1987), Turkmenia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan (Ustjuzhanin & Schouten 1995), Calabria (Bassi 1998), China (Hua 2005), Russia (Sinev 2008), Iran (Roohigohar et al. 2016).
