Type locality: Maharashtra, Poona [Pune]
Distribution. Indian records: Poona (Swinhoe 1885), India (Hampson 1896a), Khasis, Mhow, Poona, Travancore (Hampson 1896b), Indore (Chandra et al. 2010). Global records: Campbellpur, Karachi, Ceylon (Hampson 1896b).
