Description
∗ Ch. anatolica (Dahlgren 1984): TR-A: AMA (Dahlgren 1984; Bienkowski 2001; Aslan, Gruev et al. 2003)
Ch. cuprina (Duftschmid 1825): TR-A: EZU (Aslan and Özbek 1999; Bienkowski 2001; Aslan, Gruev et al. 2003; Warchałowski 2003)
Note: Two subspecies in Turkey: the nominate form and Ch. cuprina staneki Bechyné, 1949. The latter is endemic to Turkey.
Ch. didymata (Scriba 1791): TR-A: ADA, AFY, AMA, ANK, ANT, BIL, DEN, ISP, IZM, KON, MAR, MER, OSM, SIV (Sahlberg 1913; Medvedev 1970; Tomov and Gruev 1975; Dahlgren 1984; Kasap 1988a; Bienkowski 2001; Aslan, Gruev et al. 2003; Warchałowski 2003; Şen and Gök 2009; Özdikmen 2011)
Note: According to Kippenberg (2010b), this species is represented by two subspecies in Turkey: the nominate form and Ch. didymata syriaca (Weise 1884). It is more likely that the latter subspecies is distributed in Southern Anatolia (ADA, MER).
