Expanding_the_molecular_language_of_protein_LLPS_Files

Data to reporoduce simualtion results presented in the paper "Expanding the molecular language of protein liquid-liquid phase separation". The data are organized as follows, 

1. Simulation_Frames.zip - Contains the first and last frame of all simulations reported in the work in pdb file format
2. Simulation_Codes.zip - Contains python codes for calcualtion of contacts and angle-distance probability distributions along with files to check the output of the codes.
