Fig. 6. Principal component analysis (PCA) of membrane lipids in T. salsuginea and A. thaliana under water stress. A. thaliana and T. salsuginea that were grown in a hydroponic system for approximately three and 5 weeks, respectively, and were then treated with 5% PEG. After treatment for 1 day and 3 days, the leaves were harvested for lipidomic analysis. A.t. stands for A. thaliana, and T.s. stands for T. salsuginea.
