Description

This dataset is related to "Molecular and evolutionary basis of O-antigenic polysaccharide-driven phage sensitivity in environmental pseudomonads" and contains:
- "TnSeq_dataset.xlsx":  The processed TnSeq data (Related to Figure 1, S1, S2, S3 and S4 and supplementary table S2)
- "Figure 2.xlsx": Raw data for the phage adsorption and burst size (Figure 2)
- "Photo phage sensitivity.zip": Photos of the different sensitivity assays performed vs. mutants (Figure 2 and S5) and different Pseudomonas strains (Figure 4 and S7).
- "LPS gel Figure 5.jpg": Photo of the non-cropped LPS gel (Related to Figure 5).
