Fig. 3. HPLC-UV analysis of phenolic acids and flavonoids in leaves of 'Chuyskaya' and 'Golden Rain' cultivars. The leaf tissue was collected at the same time when the OR stage berries were harvested. The leaf tissue collected in 2009 (A) and 2010 (B) were used for analysis. Results represent the mean ± SD of three biological replicates. Data sets were evaluated by one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) with Tukey's post hoc test to compare differences among 'Chuyskaya' and 'Golden Rain' cultivars. P values are represented as *P <0.05, **P <0.01, ***P <0.001, ****P <0.0001.
