Fig. 9. Confocal microscopy analysis of the Arabidopsis suspension cells before (A, C, E and F) and after (B and D) collagenase treatment. Immunolocalization was performed using the anti-ABP1 (A and B), anti-CRT (C and D) and FITC-conjugated secondary antibodies. As a control, the experiment was performed without the primary antibody (E) or without either antibody (F).
