Fig. 6. Expression patterns of MdPh-40-OGT in different apple "Golden Delicious" tissues. Quantification of MdPh-40-OGT transcript levels were measured by real-time qRT-PCR analysis and normalized relative to actin. Bars labeled with different letters indicate the significant differences as determined by JMP statistical software (P Ĺ 0.05; Tukey-Kramer honestly significant difference test). All analyses were performed using three biological replicates.
