Description
Fig. 6. Analysis of CKI1 expression in Arabidopsis flowers. (A,C) In situ CKI1 mRNA hybridization (deep purple staining) and (B,D) immunolocalization of CKI1 (red signal) on sections from Arabidopsis flowers (A and B) and flower petioles (C and D) using oiCKI1RD PAbs. (E,F) Higher magnification of the portion of the same specimen as in D. The signal (arrowheads) was detected in the vascular bundles of all floral organs and in the flower petioles. The occurrence of a signal in the large cells of the flower petioles (arrowed) suggests that CKI1 is localized in the plasma membrane. p, phloem; x, xylem. Scale bars 200 µm (A,B) 50 µm (C,D) and 20 µm (E,F).
