autoconf-analysis-root - tutorial for autoconf-based ROOT analyses

An example-driven introduction to using autoconf/automake (& Doxygen) for the organization of C++ data analysis software within the CERN ROOT framework. The C++ tool ckon has meanwhile been developed which takes care of the setup automatically.
