Notes. Distant (1906) stated that the species occurred in Penang, Malaysia (Peninsular), but there is no record of this species from the Sunda region since, neither from collection specimens nor from records by citizen scientists. Therefore, we consider this record as doubtful and needing verification. This species feeds on Dimocarpus longan Lour. (Sapindaceae), Litchi chinensis Sonn. (Sapindaceae), Mangifera indica L. (Anacardiaceae), Nephelium longana (Lam.) Cambess. (Sapindaceae) and Schima wallichii (DC.) Korth. (Theaceae) (Jiaranaisakul & Constant, 2021). Recently, specimens from Suan Phueng District were collected from Samanea saman (Jacq.) Merr. (Fabaceae) (new plant association).
