Figure 3. Species delimitation analyses based on 792 bp of the cox1 gene of Xerobiotus and Pseudohexapodibius species. Less, tree resulting from the maximum likelihood analysis. Values above branches represent bootstrap values. Results of the Poisson tree process (PTP) analysis are provided using differently coloured branches: putative species are indicated using transitions from blue to red branches. The scale bar shows the number of substitutions per nucleotide position. Centre, ASAP analysis shows different groups of specimens with the lowest asap-score (2.00) as indicated by rectangles. Right, haplotype network analysis. Circles denote haplotypes, while circle surface area represents haplotype frequency. Black circles show putative/missing haplotypes. Networks falling below the value of the 95% connection limit are disconnected. Discordances between delimitation results are highlighted with different colours. Newly scored haplotypes are in bold.
