QUALITY OF PROVIDING MEDICAL SERVICES THROUGH THE PRISM OF MANAGEMENT DECISIONS

The issue of the quality of medical services is very relevant to the healthcare system. The article examines the state management of medical services and the creation of conditions for providing quality services. The impetus for the processes of transformation in the healthcare system of Ukraine was the low level of factors. For instance, life expectancy and mortality rates, and the healthcare system's low funding. It all has become outdated and inefficient due to excessive centralisation of management and insufficient budget. To implement and support state policy in the field of healthcare, the government has renewed or created several state structures. The National Health Service of Ukraine, which is the central body of the executive power and implements state policy, performs the function of a single customer and payer under the medical guarantee program.
