Surface of Revolution (Ring of the Nodoid)
Description
* This model, the third in the group, shows part of a surface called a nodoid. The white plaster model is round with a hole in the middle. It was among the first plaster models Brill published, and where cats after models in the technical institute in Munich where Braunmühl studied, carried out under the direction of Alexander Brill. A paper tag reads: Rotationsfl. const. mittl. Krümmg. [/] Verl. v. L. Brill. 2. Ser. Nr. VIIIc.
