Internet of Things-based Smart Remote for Individuals with Disabilities

Description

In order to regulate the electricity supply to domestic appliances, switches have long been the standard. New technology is becoming more and more ingrained in every part of life, including the home, as society grows more technologically advanced. The practice of automating one's house is becoming more and more common place worldwide. The activity of using electronic equipment to perform regular household tasks without human intervention is known as home automation. Home automation systems have the potential to manage multiple household tasks. Using a simple circuit to control our home appliances is the main objective of this project. The relay's pole and the mains' neutral terminal are connected to the controlled device. Once the relay is powered on, the normally open (N/O) contact connects to the AC mains live terminal. In our proposal, the internet of things is used to control the home appliances.
