The original gut microbiota raw data. The raw sequencing data were analyzed using an internal pipeline. Quality pass filter reads were grouped into operational taxonomic units (OTU). Quality control was performed by discarding paired ends with an overlap of less than 200nt and removing chimeric sequences.
