The frequency of acute gynecological diseases requiring surgical intervention is 26% of the total number of gynecological pathologies. purpose of the study to compare laparoscopic and laparotomic methods of treating acute abdomen in gynecological patients in the city of Samarkand. Based on the data, we can say that laparoscopy is taking the place of laparotomy in large steps, which is justified.
