Description

The repo includes a collection of 

  1. Singularity images: qucos_sim.sif (CPU) and qucos_gpu_sim.sif (GPU) that contain conda environments with different simulation packages installed on them,

  2. Quantum Algorithms used for benchmarking in QASM format: quantum_algos.tar.gz,

  3. Script files: Sample job script files and scoper files: scripts.tar.gz

The image files are used to benchmark the performance of various quantum simulators while using different HPC compute architectures (singlethread, multithread, GPU) on different quantum algorithms. The results are reported in a detailed version titiled: "Benchmarking Quantum Computer Simulation Software Packages" and are also available at qucos.qchub.ch
