Cinerary urn of M. Numerius Liberalis Postumus First half of the 3rd century, Rome (?), Marble.
Tablet inscribed between two geniuses winged, on the sides, griffons, the leg resting on the wheel of Nemesis (the fatal destiny). Inscription: D (is) M (anibus) M (arci) N (umeri) M (arci) f (ilii) Liberalis Postumi, v (ixit) a (nnos) (quadraginta duos). "To the gods of Marcus Numerius Liberalis Postumus son of Marcus, he lived forty-two years".
