Description

Web application to make Matlab, R scripts available for data mining the UvA Bird tracking system (http://www.uva-bits.nl/ ).

Available scripts:

  • Tracker Calendar, Calendar overview with daily statistics of GPS-tracker

  • KMZ Generator, open tracks in Google Earth

  • Flight Generator, Generate a GPX file for a track. Can be used in Doarama visualization (http://www.doarama.com/).
