First release of sndrizpipe.

Tested on HST imaging from the CANDELS, CLASH and HFF supernova surveys, using python 2.7 in Ureka v1.0 (http://ssb.stsci.edu/ureka/) and the equivalent ssb/ssbx distribution at STScI.
