Roman Cup, Potters Mark, Cucufate, Portugal
Description
Cup from roman villa of S. Cucufate, Alentejo, Portugal. High Roman Empire (1st century AD to 2nd century AD). It is an imported ceramic (potter's mark - C.A.H. – inside). This kind of pottery was used to serve and consume food. This specimen is 4.8 cm in height and 9.5 cm in diameter. Currently it is displayed in the permanent exhibition of the museum of S. Cucufate (Vila de Frades, Vidigueira). Catalog No. CUC. 83 5230. Processed and modeled in Reality Capture from 431 photos.
