What's New

  • additional parameter for switching off the 'sort sequences' pre-processing step
    • useful for ambisense-encoding sequences with ORFs of similar length (e.g. phlebovirus S segment). In this case, the input fasta must contain sequences with the same alignment.
  • added HTML output to display the clustering results
