Specimens examined. PERU. Ayacucho: Lucanas, route PE-30A, km 103, 4 km east of Abra Condorcenca, 3947 m, 14º38′28.1”S, 74º17′57.8”W, 27 Sep 2012, bark of Polylepis sp., Lado 21835b (MA-Fungi 94606), Lado 21855b (MA-Fungi 94622).
Notes. The features of the Peruvian specimens (Fig. 3C) matched those described by Poulain et al. (2011) except for the larger diameter of the dictydine granules in the calyculus, 1–2.5 µm, vs. 0.5–1 µm.
