Specimen examined. PERU. Ancash: Bolognesi, Huasta, Chiquian, route AN-1263 towards Huallanca, km 54, 1 km east of Llamac, 3241 m, 10º11′48”S, 77º01′20”W, 15 May 2018, phyllodes, woody debris and bark of Eucalyptus globulus, Lado 26799 (MA-Fungi 97569).
Notes. The poor conditions of the specimen prevented a confirmed identification.
