Abstract
In twenty-first century on rapidly evolving world, the effective use of technology has become a crucial aspect of leadership. The ability to leverage technological advancements not only enhances efficiency and productivity but also allows leaders to make informed decisions, drive innovation, and stay ahead of the competition. Technology profoundly influences every aspect of our lives, transforming the way we interact, manage daily affairs, and conduct business. As a powerful tool for high-level management, technology assists in developing more effective leadership. Today's leadership embraces change, learning, communication, and diversity. Undoubtedly, the impact of technology serves as the catalyst for a new style of leadership. Globally, the most successful leaders recognize the extent to which technology can support them in managing people. It can also support building teams, and monitoring work across all channels and locations worldwide. However, incorporating technology into leadership requires careful consideration of its feasibility, viability, and legality. In this exclusive study, author has taken effort to explore the theory of leadership, its development and challenges, along with idea to develop personal leadership.
