PROPOSTA DE FORMULAÇÃO DE CASO NOMOTÉTICA EM TERAPIA COGNITIVO COMPORTAMENTAL

Resumo – O objetivo desse trabalho é apresentar uma estrutura nomotética de FC baseada em Eells (2022) e Nicoletti et al. (2022), assim como verificar o nível de concordância de psicoterapeutas acerca da aplicabilidade do modelo. Pesquisa de abordagem quantitativa e qualitativa, de objetivos descritivos do tipo documental e participativa. Foram calculados CVC para cada item (CVCi) e CVC total (CVCt) da FC, de modo que para um CVCi confiável, o valor mínimo é de 0,78 e maior que 0,80 para o CVCt. A coleta de dados ocorreu a partir do Questionário de Avaliação da FC. Os dados foram tabulados e realizada a análise estatística descritiva em planilhas da Microsoft Excel®. Em relação ao índice de concordância entre os juízes especialistas, foi obtido escore geral (CVCt) de 0,95, considerado um recurso confiável. A criação dessa estrutura padronizada pode contribuir significativamente para a prática clínica ao oferecer uma base sólida de análise e planejamento do tratamento, abordando a falta de modelos sistematizados anteriormente relatada.

The objective of this work is to present a nomothetic structure of CF based on Eells (2022) and Nicoletti et al. (2022), as well as verifying the level of agreement among psychotherapists regarding the applicability of the model. Research with a quantitative and qualitative approach, with descriptive, documentary and participatory objectives. CVC were calculated for each item (CVCi) and total CVC (CVCt) of the HR, so that for a reliable CVCi, the minimum value is 0.78 and greater than 0.80 for CVCt. Data collection took place using the HR Assessment Questionnaire. The data were tabulated and descriptive statistical analysis was performed in Microsoft Excel® spreadsheets. Regarding the agreement index between the expert judges, a general score (CVCt) of 0.95 was obtained, considered a reliable resource. The creation of this standardized framework can significantly contribute to clinical practice by offering a solid basis for analysis and treatment planning, addressing the previously reported lack of systematized models.
