Description

Etruscan bronze basin from the Necropoli del Poggione, Asciano, Tuscany. Large bronze basin with two horizontal handles, usually used during funerary banquets. Orientalizing period, late 7th-early 6th century BCE. Tomb A, Necropolis of Poggione, Castelnuovo Berardenga. Displayed at the Civic Museum of Archaeology and Sacred Art at Palazzo Corboli, Asciano. Mangani 1988-1989. Processed in Reality Capture from 311 images.
