Description

British Museum. This is the Queen of the Night, a Mesopotamian goddess. She is holding a rod and ring of justice, symbols of divinity, and she has long wings and feet that end in talons. The piece was made of baked clay in around 1780BC, at the time of Hammurabi, famed for his Code Source: Objaverse 1.0 / Sketchfab
