Genomic datasets for the hagfish Eptatretus atami

Pata_MYAQb.rep.bed.gz: bed file with position of repeats masked by repeat masker

Pata_ah2p.pep.fa: proteins from genome annotation 

Pata_MYAQb_rnm_ah2p.gtf: genome annotation performed using mikado, augustus and refined with Pasa (see methods). 

Pata_MYAQb_rnm.fa.gz: genome assembly in fasta format.
