The primary objective of this research endeavor is to develop a relevant Organizational Alignment Framework and Instrument tailored explicitly for educational institutions. This study is designed to cater to the unique needs and challenges encountered in educational environments, aiming to bolster schools' operational efficiency and effectiveness.
