CURRENT ASPECTS OF PROTECTION OF OWNERSHIP RIGHTS TO REAL PROPERTY BY THE OWNER

The presented materials examine the most relevant aspects of the protection of property rights – the right of ownership by the owner himself. The current state of the legal mechanisms for protecting property rights by the owner in relation to real estate is analyzed, along with the problems in the area under consideration. The work reflects recommendations for increasing the efficiency of the mechanism for protecting property rights.
