Catfish (Pangasianodon hypopthalmus) is known in Asia, more specifically in Southeast Asia such as Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Cambodia, Burma, and Brunei Darussalam. Currently, this fish has been exported to almost all countries in the world. This research aimed to analyze the chemical composition of the waste and find for alternative economical uses of the catfish processing business waste
