Description
The teaser of the European project SeaPaCS – Participatory Citizen Science Against Marine Pollution (coordinated by Prof. Chiara Certomà of the University of Turin – Laboratory DIGGEO@ESOMAS, ESOMAS Department – and funded by the European Project IMPETUS) – will be screened for the first time on October 19 at 5:00 PM during the webinar "Riding the Waves of Resilience: Empowering Coastal Communities" organized by the Decade Collaborative Centre for Coastal Resilience (DCC-CR) of the University of Bologna, with the support of the Climate Change Communication Award (CMCC). After four months of intense field activities, and while the analysis of the data collected in view of the final presentation at the "Collaboratorium" on November 25, 2023 continues, the new video (produced by Raw-News, shot by Giuseppe Lupinacci with the direction of Federico Fornaro and the support of Davide Rinaldi of the "Capo d'Anzio Diving Center") presents the problem of plastic in the sea, now present at all levels of the food chain, which is increasingly evident to everyone and is profoundly changing ecologies, economies and our relationship with the sea.
